Purva Mehta has built a career over 16 years at the intersection of M&A, capital raising, and large-scale real estate development across the Middle East. She has held roles at KPMG, Dubai Holding, and Damac, where she structured joint ventures, raised capital, and executed transactions that have shaped major developments across Dubai.
Her work includes structuring partnerships for Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Creek Harbour, developing land-for-equity and phased investment models, and creating governance frameworks for multi-stakeholder ventures. At Damac, she broadened the platform into new asset classes such as data centres and contracting, while also managing acquisitions and branded residences. She has raised over USD 1 billion in project financing and securitisation, creating innovative capital solutions and long-term value for investors.
Purva began her career with KPMG in due diligence, valuations and corporate finance, building analytical depth and transaction expertise that she now applies across private equity, real estate, and emerging sectors. She focuses on bringing quantifiable value-add to every mandate — optimising structures, improving capital efficiency, and aligning stakeholders for sustainable outcomes.
As Founder of Prime Meridian Capital, she works with corporates, startups, and family offices on fundraising, joint ventures, and portfolio strategy, with mandates spanning real estate, financial services, technology, healthcare, and energy. Operating from Dubai, she combines deep regional expertise with a global investor network.
